poised opened in January 2009 evolving as a natural extension of my work as a medical practitioner in women’s health for 30 years.

Women are proud, protective, industrious and fearless when it comes to caring for others; and I have seen how often they forget to care for themselves.

poised was created with the goal of providing a non-surgical cosmetic medicine practice to help women (and also men!) feel good about how they look so they are comfortable in their skin.
